As per the Indian Government's IT Act, 2000, Algowid has implemented mandatory eKYC verification for all hosting services, including Domain Registration, Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, Cloud Hosting, and Dedicated Servers.
Completing your eKYC ensures accurate customer data collection and secure service provision, aligning with regulatory standards for data verification and retention.
Important: If your eKYC is not completed within 15 days, your account may be suspended until verification is completed.
How to Complete Your eKYC:
Login to your client area: https://algowid.co.in/support
After logging in, you will see an eKYC notification (if your eKYC is pending).
Click on the Start eKYC button and follow the process (it hardly takes 5 minutes).
For Indian Clients: Submit your Aadhaar Card Number (no document upload needed).
For International Clients: You will be redirected to submit a ticket under the department "eKYC Client On-Boarding". Please upload a valid Government-issued ID, Driving License, or any other acceptable proof.
Please complete your eKYC at the earliest to ensure uninterrupted services.
